Liveryman harmony plus blades

I need just a small part as the one that holds the screws has become faulty, is it worth speaking to the company about obtaining this one small part, or should I just buy a new blade? These blades are usually easy to clean and maintain.
Also, how many clips do you get before blade needs re-sharpening ? I've done 6 in 6 months, all feathers off, and re-hog. no partial or full body clips.

I wouldn't hold out much hope once they've been sharpened, ours never went sharp again despite us sending them back to be done again! they're naff now
