Long overdue amendment, especially where it states that the bar for an off lead dog around livestock being considered to be under control is very high. Just put your damn dog on a lead around livestock and cut the back chat.

The bill has just passed through the Lords but isn’t on the statute book yet, I think, though that is only a matter of time.

It says and others but horses are not considered livestock so I doubt it although I wish it did
