The last thursday of the month. if youve not got transport the best thing is to go to the main office and they'll ask over the tannoy system if anyone is going to that area. never done it but heard it done. If you go next week, wrap up warm it FREEZING there all year round lol
 
ou will always find someone willing to bring a horse home from the sales, it will probably cost you a bit, but it should not be a problem. If you ring the auctioneers beforehand they will probably know who will transport for you.
 
I know people who go regularly (my YO mainly)
they have picked up a few bargains but generally cobs sell there from anything £600 to £1000 (Basing it on my YO's bargains!)

One was a coloured 15.3hh chunkmiester (broken but green)
One was a coloured 14hh 3yo
One was a dun coloured 3yo.

Im supposed to be going this week purely for a nosey

I'm sorry but i can't work you out. Are you for real as i keep seeing posts about you wanting a horse, but you seam to change stories. On one, you want a sharer as you work till late and then there is another saying how bored you are at home all day and nobody to talk to bar your OH and now this one saying you can't get time off work.
 
You'll have to be strong to go to Llanybydder. And leave your credit card at home. Loads and loads of sad, cheap neds of all ages and sizes. Some babies too young to be weaned. Some veterans who someone has loved once but will probably end up with the meat man. Some wild, terrified ones straight off the mountains. Some made dangerous by bad handling. The sad, the mad and the unwanted, many for the price of a hamster.

Why do you feel you have to 'get' me? If you want the whole boring truth you can have it but whats the point in subjecting for forum to it all? Since you asked:
I do work until late quite often and with the CC looming if I want to keep my job *which i dubiously do* I'll have to be prepared to do more - hence the fact I would like someone who would like to ride the horse a few days a weel because then I don't have to worry about it not getting enough excercise etc. I never EVER said I was at home all day - perhaps you are mistaking the fact was talking about weekends, generally speaking you can still have a job AND not work weekends. And no, I cant go in on a Tuesday and ask for a Thursday off - is that so incredibly off the wall.
I think its not so much 'am I real' as are you able to read objectively or have you already decided what you think? Sad really because I didnt think this forum deservede the bitchy name its got over the past few days -perhaps Im wrong...

have to say though, the "meat-man" is only doing a much needed service..if people didn't wash their hands and had stuff PTS at home when old and un-wanted and others didnt over breed, then this type of animal wouldn't be at sales..here or anywhere.

Maybe you should go back over one of you own posts, feeling really down, where it clearly says in your own words:
I'm really lonely without a hobby of my own and I go for days and days without talking to anyone but my OH. I love you guys on here but this cannot replace talking to real people and riding etc etc. I did have quite a lot of money saved up for a neddy - but not anymore - so now i need to start from scratch again I only have around £1500 max, but Im determined to try and find something because at the moment i feel like Im wasting away sat in the house day after day and weekend after weekend.

So please don't make me look an idiot and a liar by saying you have not said things when they are in black and white for all to see. To be honest i don't give a s##t about you live, but when you keep posting please make sure you keep to one story.

Thanks for reading my posts hearing that I was down and then deciding that calling me a liar was a nice thing to do.

Sadly I do care about you 'love' (was it love you were going for?) and comments like yours have really upset me. Im sorry you think Im a liar - Im really not, perhaps just an incoherant typist and I post as I think...

You seem to be the only one here picking holes in my life, perhaps that speaks volumes? I have been told to ignore you but I simply cannot, on a forum i try to treat people the same way as I would in life and I am never downright rude as you have been and for that reason i simply cannot accept your attitude.

As for calling you a liar the only one doing that is you. As you say it is a forum and everyone is entitled to their views. Well i say as i find, as well and if you find my comments offencive then maybe you should listen to your advice and ignore me because i can't be bothered with this rubbish.
 
So what were you inferring by your comments? - surely by saying to keep to one story you are inferring I'm lying.
I don't know what I have done to make you be so nasty to me but Im pretty sure its nothing as Im not a mean hearted person, you however are proving to be very mean hearted - that's not a good quality to have.

Why don't you just leave her alone? Whether you think she's a liar or not, wouldn't it just be easier and kinder to stop trying to show her up? It's really not very nice and quite odd actually.
 
I have probably brought it on myself by my garbled posts, I kind of post like a think, just a big silly mess not making much sense. Thank you guys though who have been supportive - you are why I wont leave just because of one silly argument

I am a bit of a jackanory lol but only because I just dont know what way Im going to turn! Life's all up in the air at the moment and Im just not sure what to do for the best!! I have a new plan every day but not much comes of it - Im sure it'll all fall in place in time - maybe!!

I've had a new plan everyday for the last 31 years of my life.... makes things interesting... if a little stressful at times... I totally know where you are coming from.

I just think it's fairly obvious you're throwing thoughts around in your head and typing them on here, and really don't need to be called a liar and have any little thing you've written analysed and picked at.

Right lets get something straight here, i was not analysing anybody, i was only asking if she was for real as she kept saying in different posts she was either working too much or was not seeing anybody from one day to the next, she posted the one time that she would love to get another horse for company and then in another post saying she wanted a loaner to help look after any horse as she had to work late quite a bit, it just seemed odd to me and i thought she was on the wind up so i asked, whats wrong with that, if you don't ask question you never know the answers.
 
My final say on the matter is, I was not trying to be nasty to anybody, i only asked a question in the first place and a got what i thought was a very bitchy reply back, which put my back up and yes i will fight for my corner if i have to, i won't lay back and be trod on.

I am also a big enough person to hold my hands up and say sorry if i am wrong and if i misread anything then i am very sorry. I can only go on what you have wrote, which to me was all over the place, which lead me to think you where on a wind up with all you recent posts. Which quite frankly happens quite a bit on here.
