I went to put my two year old on the lorry tonight as she hasn't been on since I bought her beginning of April (when I picked her up she went straight on). She was having none of it! Sat on the ramp for an hour and a half with a bucket of food trying my best to be patient but it was getting dark so I had to give up. Am now so cross with myself for not waiting it out. OH and I have had a huge barney about it (because I am fuming with myself. Totally my fault) I obviously didn't lose it with her but she was being so frustrating. Just stood there like a mule and refused to even put one foot on the ramp!
Any suggestions for tomorrow? I really would rather she went on through choice as don't want an argument for years to come. She didn't seem massively scared but she def wasn't going. I made much of her for every step she took forward but we were definitely planted there. Unfortunately she isn't massively food motivated which makes it harder.
Please help!
