"This agreement is made on the ___between the parties ______(thereafter referred to as the owner)and _________ (there after referred as the loaner. The term loaner in the case of the loaner being under 18 years of age also infers their parents responsibility and acceptance) for the part loan of _________(there after referred to as the horse)."
Basically as the loaner is 16 I want to cover myself by making her mum responsible also for her actions as I've included in the contract about looking after tack, that riding has it's own inherit risks, that it's advisable for her to get riders insurance etc.
So does this bit: "The term loaner in the case of the loaner being under 18 years of age also infers their parents responsibility and acceptance" - make sense, any better way of wording it?
