Loan contract ?

Hi all,
I am hopefully loaning out my horse very soon if all goes well but would really like to have a contract.

Could anyone possibly help me out with this ?

there is one on the BHS website that I have used. It seems ok and you can add in your own things if you want too.

It's really vital that you have a contract. If you go to http://www.bhs.org.uk/Horse_Care/Horse_Care_Advice/Publications/Download.aspx
there is a sample loan agreement that you can download. Most people use this to base their own contracts on. The one important thing to do is to always have somewhere for your horse to come back to at short notice, if the loan goes wrong. In my case, although I stipulated a month's notice on either side, the people who had my horse on loan emailed me and said they didn't want her anymore and wanted her picked up asap. Luckily, she was collected 2 days later. Make sure you check your horse regularly throughout the loan period as well.
