Loan dilema

I recently came to the decision to part loan my horse as i didn't have the time to ride as much as i would have liked to :(

I thought i had found the perfect person to ride until i started receiving complaints about my horses behaviour which was really out of character then i began to notice certain thing when i was riding that has never before been an issue before my horse has become really sensitive to the leg and now hates any rein contact although always had a sensitive mouth its now getting worse also had a friend who used to ride my horse fairly regular pop on and they agree with everything im saying.

Also fell as though they seem to think my horse is theirs and im only riding which is certainly not the case!

I don't know if i should help or terminate the agreement as i cannot stand my horse being wound up constantly

Only managed to view riding a few times but i didn't see any major issues i have said a good few times that my horse only does certain things if you ride heavy handed and also made is very clear that you can barely touch mouth however it really isn't needed anyway i can ride with no reins and am in full control with only my voice...
