Please can anyone give some advice?
I have a horse on loan with view to buy that has been diagnosed with chronic artheritis and deemed unfit to ride.
Due to this I am not purchasing the horse and it is being returned to its owner as per my loan contract.
The horse was in very poor condition when the loan started and I have spent an extremely large amount of time and money in getting it 300% better as I had every intention of purchasing.
The condition was picked up during vetting.
Can I get any money back? As I now have to start all over finding a new horse.
I have paid for injections to be started from scratch, dentist, etc
