Loaner wanted

I own three horses in CT3 area

I’m looking for someone who can ride two of them (potentially all three in future) I have two cobs 15.1 9year old and 13.1 6 year old and a 16.1 standardbred 11 year old (who can’t currently be ridden). I would like someone who can help Monday to Thursdays as I work. With all usual yard jobs (they live out) riding them both and a small financial contribution. They are lovely horses and I’ve had one loaner for years but unfortunately she’s gone off to college. Feel free to message me any info etc..

Hi and welcome. To be honest I am not sure you need a loaner, sounds more like a freelance groom for four days a week? I had a school age rider/come yard help for several years, but obviously she could only commit to weekends and school holidays in the winter as she had school commitments. She was a fantastic help but I would never have dreamt of charging her, I would have struggled to keep all the horses I did whilst working without her help frankly. I feel I owed her rather than her paying me! She was free to ride one of my safer horses whenever she chose, she helped with all yard chores and field maintenance whenever she was able. It worked very well for both of us and she went on to livery her horse with me when she became an adult earning her own money.
