Loaning advice please .. !

Ive got someone coming to see my mare for a 2 day a week loan/share type thing tomorrow and im really nervous, ive never loaned out from a owners POV before!

I dunno what to say? What to do? Heres the situation ..

My mare needs more attention, so i advertised her as a non-ridden pony for loan.
I didnt even expect anyone to back to me but they did. They want to come up learn more about stable management and lunge, groom ect.

They sound exactly what im looking for, but i dunno wether to do a contract (just in case of accidents ect) or not? How best to show off my mare, eg lunge her first or let them just try straight off? Get her in, let them catch her (shes easy to catch, but can be a little wary of new people)

I would defo do a contract, just means everyone knows who does what, what they can't do, and who pays for what etc.
Is she coming in the morning? Then go out together to catch her, groom, pick out feet etc, tack her up for a lunge, you lunge then let her do a bit. Then untack, groom, and then do what you would normally do with her.
Talk about what she wants out of it, what you want out of it etc

Shes coming up in the eve, after school, i mean thats the "normal" time for my mares to be groomed lunged ect so thats not a problem.

Just unsure of what she would want to see/know ect lol

Lol! Good point :) i mean shes only 3 years younger than me, just a bit novicy but sounds like her mums been there and got the t-shirt (Prev owned horses).

I just hope it works out :D Mysti could have 10 full time loaners and still want more attention ;) :p
