loaning contracts & dealers

quick question sons new pony is for loan more than happy with a contract
whats does contracts include in them normally?

remember reading something about this pony off someone said a dodgy dealer but with dealers theres always pne who will complain? so dont no if completely dodgy cant remember to post & not about this pony i do remember dealer wanted to sell few months ago was not advertised for loan just saw i could give refs vettting etc.. so is now loaning is why my alarm bells are ringing pony is perfect though loaner wants to put a contract in place completely understand that! But is there anything with dealers wanting to sell then deciding to loan & putting cintracts there to rip people off? im checking this out 1st as i am gulible & didnt no if this was a trick they normally use or am i being too paranoid

If you loan out a pony/horse make sure that it is both Freezemarked and also micro-chipped so that if it goes missing it can be identified.
Have it vetted so that both parties know the condition of the horse.
Ensure you see sight of original and copy of person loaning passport, driving license and utility bill and also have a contract drawn up and signed by both parties.
