I have an 18month old filly who is very good to handle, she's quiet, no trouble, lives off fresh air etc. Thing is I need to concentrate on my 3 year old and don't have the time for my filly - and feel very mean for it! I'm wary of selling her as if she was priced low I may get interest from the wrong people. (And i don't want to completely let her go!) The best option I can think of is full loaning her out as a companion. But is there any interest out there for this?

Sometimes, yes.
I have borrowed a couple of youngsters from forum members in the past to keep my own youngster company. So perhaps you can find someone who has another yearling who would like a friend to live out and play with?

I did this.
My youngster went out on loan for about a year until she was 3.
I had her back and backed her.
She went to a lovely lady who had a 3 of happy hackers, she needed a companion and just wanted another to play around with.
She helped with he general day to day handling, tacked her up and took her for walks.
It really helped when i came to back her.

The right person is out there, and you will find someone where the agreement will be mutually beneficial to you both.
