Hi all
I know there is already a topic on loaning on here but from peoples experiance are people not taking horses on loan??
I know horse/ponies arent selling well but I thought I would find a loan home quicky for my 14 hh NF mare amazing little jumping ponio good allround PC pony, but not novice ride.... so far had no joy really.
Where is the best place to advertise wanting to loan in Bucks or surrounding areas but would let go further if fab home.
Tried the tack shops horsemart etc...

What do you mean by not novice ride? Just curious, i see this a lot and always want to ring up and scream 'WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY NOT NOVICE RIDE' lol

By not Novice I mean she is a fast zippy pony fast againast the clock, she is in a snaffle but is sensative and doesnt like riders hanging on her mouth... but great in traffic
and handling

Oh ok, hmmm not sure why people haven't bitten your hand off, would've thought there would be a lot of people looking to loan rather than buy in this climate.
I'd say equineadverts.co.uk, adtrader, horsesmart, horsequest, local paper etc etc

my jumping pony went by word of mouth. i competed her and as i did i told people she was for sale. in the end she went to a good friend of mine whos just brought her

I think people are struggling with livery prices at the moment too, or panicing about them and don't want to get tied into a contract.
Saying that I know of three people who have just taken out horses on loan.

Try advertising in as many mags and tackshops as possible and as Divasmum said, try the Pony club as your ponio sounds like a great competition pony - just be careful it's not someone who wants to rag the a** of it and get as many rosettes as possible.
