In my largely unsuccessful hunt for my next horse I am regularly browsing Horse and Hound, Horsemart, Horsequest and NFED (New Forest Equestrian Directory) as I am based in the South of England. I just wondered if there are any similar websites to NFED but local to areas in different parts of the country - I am will to travel roughly anywhere South of the M62. I am finding it very difficult to find my new partner so any stone that can be turned will be turned

There are local Facebook groups, and the ads in the national fb groups usually give location.

Thinking 'outside the box' flights to Dublin return from Bournemouth are only £26, Bristol might be cheaper...expand your looking area, (maybe go with Goldies mum and horse shop together?) !

Lots of pages on FB local to specific areas, also try Preloved
Depending on what you are looking for, I also look on breed specific FB pages (I rish draughts for me) or sports specific such as the Eventing page.
Quality Horses and Ponies also has a reasonable throughput

I’m on the hunt for a companion pony/horse and that’s hard enough so I can imagine how hard you are finding it for finding a riding partner! Good luck in your search!
