I owned a mare by Loch Pearl and she was amazing! At that time there were quite a few Loch Pearl horses kicking around the area I was in and they all had the same stamp, temperament and similar conformation and were fantastic horses - not necessarily world beaters (in my experience!) but very genuine all rounders. I've always dreamed of having another horse by Loch Pearl...but finances never allow!!
Have you tried Jemoon stud who have Dow Jones they might have or know of one bred that way.
They always seem to have a nice selection of youngsters for sale
