rising 10yo, 9.3hh stocky shettie, Chestnut with very pale legs. Hunted with 3yo, done pony rides, pony club, showing, games, hacks out alone and in company, takes tiny tots, snaffle mouth, cheeky and fun. 100% in every way, on and off LR. True 'mother's dream'.
I only ask as we've done a fair bit of work with him, and he's improved since we got him. So would be interested as to if it's added value or not.

Looking at the prices of good ponies now you could get up to £1000 i should think if you sell with all tack etc especally if you manage to find a family where they have 2 or 3 small kids who could all start off on him. a lady on our yard recently paid £1800 for a small unbroken pony for her daughter which has turned out to be a monster and totally unridable by anyone under 18!

If he is registered then he would be worth a lot more. Trying to find safe small ponies who are capable of doing more as their jockeys improve are very rare and in great demand.

£2.50?

If he is safe for a child then you can't put a price on him - how much would you be willing to pay for your childs safety??

We have been offered stupid amounts of money (£1K) for our little shetland mare because she is the safest thing ever for little kids to ride.
