Does anyone know what time you can access Excel if you buy tickets for an evening performance? I can see the performance starts a 6.30pm but obviously we need spend the maximum time shopping.

They've got more space at the Excel, than at Olympia, so could be mid-afternoon?

I seem to remember leaving afternoon performances at Olympia quickly as they held back the evening attendees who were wanting to shop before sitting down. That was 4/4.30pm ish.

I think I've found the answer on the website for anyone else who's interested

'Performance ticket holders have all day access to the Shopping Village, Live Zone and Warm Up arena on the day of the performance on their ticket.

Afternoon performance ticket holders (Friday – Monday) also have access to the morning sessions on the same day; evening ticket holders are entitled to attend the evening performance only.'

I think it was just because it was the time a lot of people arrived so easier crowd management, I certainly went to olympia in the morning with an evening ticket.

I think you can access the shops any time during the day, we did the afternoon performance last year but were there by about 11 looking at the shops etc. We are going to the evening one this time and aiming to get there about 3-4ish x
