London Horse Show tickets

Hello there. Not sure if thi is just me but I am having great difficulty booking tickets for London International Horse Show. Does anyone know if there is a problem with the website or am I just doing it wrong (probably). There doesn't seem to be a 'chat box' to ask any questions.

I know they get booked up really quick so maybe it's just sold out? I never book my own tickets my friends just do it for me
