Just looked on the website and it says this
'From 7 July 2008, a standard of Euro III for particulate matter for lorries between 3.5 and 12 tonnes and buses and coaches over 5 tonnes'
I have a 7.5 tonne lorry and want to go to 2 shows in the emission zone in may, so i'm assuming that i can still drive into the zone until july??
