Right, narrowed it down now to the Dublin Tall River boots or the MH High Riders...........
Any opinions on either? The advantages as I see it of the MH are that I know they are comfy and long lasting, however the Dublins look more waterproof to me (no zip) and also cheaper! Plus they look in the pics a bit like dubarrys so could possibly be passable with jeans to pop to the shops etc, as lots of people do that 'look' around here!!
I'm hoping to get them for my birthday butif I went for the Dublin ones, I might be able to swing getting a new sheepskin half pad as well, which I woudl like!!
So, anyone tell me what the Dublins are like??

Are you going to wear them every day? I wear mine almost every day and I have MH HR Sportives and so far the zip is proving trouble. First the puller bit broke and now as they have slouched the zip is all bent and it can be an arse to do them up as the zip teeth are quite chunky.

I would say go for pull on ones.

Hmm, yes, probably would be. The dublin ones are pull on. Think I'll have to try and find somewhere to try them on. Thanks!

Hi, I have the dublin dubarry lookie likies. I bought them because I couldnt bear to wear my dubarrys in the mud! I have been wearing the dublins for 6 days now and they have really really stretched! I have only worn them with thin socks and they are slopping around on my feet, nearly lost one in the mud tonight!! They are warm and comfy though, I would advise going for a size smaller than you normally wear.
