I have this trouble too - my legs are not particualarly fat but I have a huge calf muscle, very annoying as most of the wide leg boots are far more expensive, I find the mountain horse wide fit come up nice and are very comfortable for round the yard and riding in.

Ive got a pair of brand new (in the box) Mountain Horse Sportive that I want to sell as they are too wide for me. Ive only tried them on. Ive got 39 to 40cm calves and bought wide. They are a size 39 and a wide fitting.

How about the Muck Boots, there are some that you can ride in. So they'll keep you warm, fit your legs and be a riding boot as well.

Louby would you PM me with how much you would like for your boots if they are still for sale and if OP doesn't want them? Thanks.

I gave up trying to find smart long boots for my fat calves so bought some lovely leather gaiters instead which I think look almost as good and are lovely to ride in.

Hi, i had exactly the same problem as you, i looked for ages for something to fit my huge calves.
I didnt end up finding any that fitted so ended up getting short mountain horse boots and wait for it fuller fillies do a really nice gaiter for large and xl and xxl calf.
And they do look really nice, everyone always comments on they like my long boots, so they do look like them.
Good luck
