Long boots for short legs

As per the title really. I'm slim but short of leg. I'd really like some waterproof proper long riding boots, so am asking what you'd recommend? I usually ride in either country boots or jodhpur boots but fancy a change!

I am 5ft 2 and use Dublin Pinnacle boots, warm and waterproof, this will be my 3rd winter in my pair, I only wear them for riding but ride up to 4 or 5 horses a day in them.
