Long Cat hairs

Any one know of an effective method or good tool to get rid of them? Im talking really long 3 "ones! They are down her neck on her sides and all over her belly, her winter coat is coming out nicely but these will not budge! I ve tried a shedding blade and a furminator...... any ideas??? Gah.. why didnt i clip her!!

We used to singe them off when I worked on a yard Takes a fair bit of practice though!

Those purple "horse shave" things work quite well but you still have to use with care as they will cut into the coat if used too hard.

hmmm not sure i fancy singeing them!!lol ill try the shave thing and see if that does any good!
