Can you tell me any you can think of and their general where abouts please? Sort of like The South Downs way ect

With only a year to go, and Lacey doing so well at her reschooling, its time to start planning my trek form John O'Groats to Lands End :D

Planning is starting in Cornwall and working up, as Scotland will be the hardest with no proper bridleways just general right of way (and I'm paranoid if I plan Scotland now, the paths I intend to ride on may of turned into bogs or something by the time I get there, so I'm leaving Scotland for now and working my way up).

I'm not entirely sure where I actually want to go, my geography is appaulling. Only thing I know about my south/west bit is I want to pass through Bodmin moor, exmoor and dartmoor.

Not fussed if its the shorest route, I've got plenty of time, I'd rather do the most beautiful route. So any ideas?

P.S If anyone wants to sponsor me, check out www.jtle.co.uk which will link you to my just giving account. :D The aim is £10,000 for The Brooke which is gonna be hard to reach but I'm determined.

The Pennine Way bridleway should get you a far way up a chunk of the country (starts in Derbyshire and ends near Scottish border)

Will be on the national trails website .....

EDIT: Here is the link (although doesn't go as far as north as I thought - sorry have only walked the pennine way footpath)
