Long leather boots for size 7 but 13inch calves???? Help??

I have been trying to get my 13 year old daughter a pair of long leather boots since her birthday at the beginning of December.
She takes a shoe size 7 but her calf measures 13 inches. I have tried an equileather pair from saxon (lovely boots) but they were too long and too wide in the leg, and also a pair of requisite ones from Robinsons with the same result....cost a fortune in p&p!!
She likes the Mountain Horse sportive ones but does anybody have any idea how these fit?? Or have any other suggestions?? Will spend up to £150 but they need to be nice for that!!

She has a lovely pair of John Whitaker chaps and short boots but finds as she is jumping that they get pushed down her leg....has anybody else found this?

I thought about that but the boots are now too small and she definately prefers the long boots!..thanks for the suggestion though, may tey to persuade her to go for boots and chaps agian!!
 
sadly parisienne girl's suggestion likely to be best one unless you spend loads of money because companies like mountain horse etc will all be in standard fittings. my problem is that my legs are very long from knee down and eventually i had to seek the assistance of cavallo but it wasnt cheap. worth it though!!
 
i agree with P_G, especially at the age of 13 getting made to measure boots may be a waste of money as she will probably grow, i think if you can get some really good quality well fitting gaiters then they look just as nice as long boots

It would be worth you containg someone who stocks a good range of Cavallo boots, and asking them about the Junior boot - it is a more affordable one they make for young riders to allow for some expansion - so you can get inserts to put in the foot to allow them to be taken out when the foot grows - and also an leastic insert at the top of the boot to allow some widening of the calf. Not sure if it will solve your particular problem, but worth asking about it...
 
My daughter had a similar problem with getting the fit around the calfs small enough with a size 6 1/2 - 7 foot. Basically without spending an absolute fortune we had to stick with short boots with nice gaiters, they looked just like long boots on but she had plenty of movement at the ankle. She's now almost 20 & her legs have filled out a little so she may be successful now with long boots.

OH has exactly the same problem and we have finally managed to find pair - they are Sergio Grasso's(or Regalli Ricchi 500's) these were the narrowe4st on the market and around £200
