Long leather riding boots

I am having a great deal of trouble trying to locate a boot maker/manufacturer for a pair of standard flat topped English riding boots. I have slim calves, high insteps and a broad foot so need wide fittings etc. I do NOT want dressage tops or any of the other 'fancy' styles. Just a good plain pair of proper English riding boots..

Apparently the mountain horse high riders are popular with men (found an old H&H post) - if you can stretch to that price might be worth a shot?

Brogini do a good range - some are dressage cut but others are not too shaped around the top - although not entirely 'flat'.

The 'flattest' top boot I've seen recently is the Dublin Enchant boot (google it for suppliers) - not sure what size they go up to though.

Think the mountain horse might be your best option if you can afford it?!
