Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a pair of lunge lines for long reining that don't have a loop handle at the end. All the ones i've seen so far on line have the loop.

Can anyone recommend any?

Many thanks!

My advice, get ones with a loop, really handy if they yank the rest from you.

Other than that, get some old fashioned rope ones, you could make them and get a clip put on the end.

Cut them off, though I'd agree with keeping them on. Definitely handy for an emergency "disengage the hindquarters" when your 650 kilo youngster decides to take off for a laugh.

I've longlined for years with the Aerborn ones. If you don;t want the loops then perhaps cut them.

Having been arena skiing at the weekend when the Orange job bogged off at warp speed 10 I can safely say the loops did enable me to hold onto one of the reins..
