Hi Everyone!!
Bit of a situation! Trying to get a new pair of long riding boots! I do showjumping and eventing, so need something "traditional"(no racing stripes or diamonds etc). I have a pair of long riding boots, Parlanti, which are the most comfortable boots i have ever worn, but are not very durable and i had trouble with the spur rubbing (no spur guard was put on them) and general wear and tear very quickly. As much as I love them, they are not very practical and never getting another pair of them. Also this time, with the recession etc do not have as big a budget, although comfort is a must for me, love my parlantis due to the fact they are like a glove, need something more durable.
I saw the Tredstep DaVinci boots which look gorgeous and very practical - spur guard etc, but my measurements are 15 calf, 16 (could nearly go 17) height and size 7 feet. The boots do not come short enough height for me so that is my issue. This size issue was the reason i went for parlantis before - so they were made for me, but really really disappointed with their durability.
So after that long winded ramble
!! Anyone recommend any makes or specific boots for me??
