Long wait for event photos!

Anyone else had a VERY long wait for event photos once ordered?

Im still waiting for mine from little mattingley (27th July!) spoken to synergy photos twice, who keep saying "its coming".
Takes the fun out of ordering a photo.

Hmmm I'm waiting for a Photo-synergy one from 31st July and thats coming up for the 28 days they promise to deliver by.

Quite frankly, I'd kick up stink about yours as it clearly states delivery will be within 28 days and it now isnt. It doesnt take them long to print off one photo- they can do it in 2 minutes at an event!!

We waited weeks n weeks for one of their photos from Purston. It was so disappointing not to get it sooner. I wouldn't bother ordering from them again.

I did try and kick up stink on the 2nd phone call, but he said he would send it straight away, what more can you say!!
If not here tomorrow, will phone and ask for some kind of refund!

What I find odd about PS is that the speed and quality of the photos printed at events is fab but their online orders are often not centred, not properly zoomed in and very slow at arriving.
Unfortunately they didnt have the mobile unit at Wilton so I had to order online.
Will try to avoid in the future!
