After the thread about Pally's fetlock and not hearing anything, I'd assumed this horse was dead. Sounds like the owners are quite happy to leave him to die slowly. Why the hell do these people have horses?

Boodle you have the patience of a saint, I wish I could suggest something to help.

OMG that is terrible. Its neglect pure and simple, failure to comply with a vet's instructions is neglect, even if they would call a vet out.

Its shameful.

There is an ILPH (WHW) in Aberdeen and in Blackpool. These are probably your best bets, failing that Redwings.

I hope you are successful in helping the horses, you have the patience of a saint and you obviously love both horses.
