Oh, shame the masta rugs are too tight round Henry's neck! I have trouble finding decent 7'3" rugs for him!

No probs. I agree - bought a cheap saxon as a standby- it doesnt even touch his gut - he looks like Rab C Nesbit!!!!

They are abismal arent they - mind you the fit isnt too bad apart from the dept got to be honest they are good workhorses, but yep crop top is the word!! Never tried Masta before so this is my first!

I really like them for Beau and Lance.
they are really deep, Beau has his med weight on today, freshly cleaned, dread to think what colour it will be by tomorrow!

Well at least your horse seems to have a neck in proportion with his body, so the Masta ought to fit ok. Henry inherited his Dads shire neck and it's so deep that getting a rug to fit without strangling him is a bit of a challenge!

I agree about Masta being nice deep rugs because Dougal needs deep ones for his huge belly lol. Being the breed he is (heavy horse cross) he has a deep girth. Have had to sell no end of rugs because they fitted fine around the chest, along the back but looked like crop tops.
It would be nice if rug manufacturers would start thinking of horse owners a bit more and maybe having two or three depth sizes for certain rug sizes ( unless they do already don't know?).
Not every horse that takes 7ft or larger in rugs is deep girthed but it would be nice if manufacturers would acknowledge the fact that some do.

Good idea Cazee! I don't know of any manufacturers that offer a choice of depth as well as length!

just got 2 7'3'' med turnouts for my boys. the landa combo. fits well and plenty of room in the neck and its long?? also love the tail flap?? complete bargain at £30 each!!!!!!!!!!!!
