Look what happened to Sweep today.....

This morning stinky Sweep looked like this.....

and this evening he looks like this!!

Has gone camera shy as he knows he is going to be laughed at!!

Max is most confused as to where he has been all day and why he has come home smelling like a big girls blouse and has no curls left for him to hang on to!!!

I must admit I do like to see them shorn and they feel so lovely once they are done. He will get over the embarasment.

He and Max have spent 20 minutes barking at each other for no good reason and then Sweep opened the biscuit bin so they could help themselves!!

BUT as we live on a farm and his favourite hobbies are muck heap mountaineering and swimming in the brook he - how can I put this nicely?? - STINKS!!!!

His coat is really thick and it just seems to absorb everything and I'm sure he has his own beasties collection hidden in the curls!!

He also gets really hot so a trim now and he will be ok until about Jan!!

Strangely enough for a dog that loves water he hates being bathed and clean............
