Love the rug, I have the heavy weight version (also black and yellow!) and they are well worth the money

Is that hoof boots you're using? I'm thinking about going barefoot this winter, the thought scares me

and I'm thinking hoof boots might make the transition a little easier!

Rug is a bit big at the moment but at the rate he's growing it'll fit him perfectly in a month! He's too big for the 6 ft ones and a bit small for 6ft3 - typical.
He didnt stand on his lead rope but does look like it .

i have the HW one as well for both my boys- and just ordered the LW - i love these rugs....

The boots are easycare epics - had to have both archies fronts removed as he was lame after being shod- bit of nailbind. He's fine with the boots on thankfully- they are brilliant for the transition period- no rubbing and they stay put.

Thanks for teh advice, it's always nice to hear from people that have actually used the products rather than the people trying to sell it
smile.gif

The back shoes come off this week but I think I'll need hoofboots once the front shoes come off. You've put me in the mood for rug showing *must resist*!!!
