Lookin to buy a nice fleece, comfort zone lapel maybe any feedback????

Im looking to buy a nice smart fleece for my boys collection of jackets! I keep looking at the comfort zone lapel rugs and wondered if anyone has any feedback before i splash out! Or any suggestions for alternative?? thanks!
 
I love mine. I used it all winter too as a stable/under rug. I'm going to buy another

Derby house do some nice ones, as do Shires.

I like weatherbeeta fleeces for general allround use and wear and tear. they last well and are a good price.
 
I *LOVE* my comfort zone lapel rug (well, not *actually* mine!). So much so I bought a 2nd one.....did you know they also do hoods

Yes, although my mare doesn't break her rugs, she just smears them in poo

. TBH, it's so warm that I just used a M/W rug over the top in the winter and she is fully clipped. I should of saved it for best really.
 
yeah saw the hoods they look very snuggly! Just searching for best bargin now, only one on ebay but it is my size!! have to keep eyes peeled!

yes...my mare is a nightmare with her rugs, and I bought this one in January, and she wore it nearly every day for 4 months, was washed several times and still looks brand new......apart from all the white hairs stuck to it!

the front binding on the straps is really strong, though i guess if you had a horse who thrashed about in it it might not be so good as it only has one strap round the belly....about where the girth goes.

last year i bought a dress circle fleece which was also good, went right under the belly etc, but i found it didnt stay done up well, but that could just be my horses shape!
 
I absolutely love my comfort zone rugs, they are fantastic! The lapel one is my favourite but have some giraffe ones too and they are great. Nice ppl too.


P.S. Think website has free P&P too.
 
I have a comfort zone lapel rug at I've used on 2 horses and had for about 3 years it washes up great and the fittings have lasted, got the neck too, have a look on ebay mine was brand new and I think I got both for about £60. The cofort zone polo fleece which goes over their heads has been fantastic I layer it in the winter and use it as a cooler in the summer its top quality and doesn't rub.

I noticed on equestrian clearance that weatherbeeta are doing a very similar rug to the lapel for £19, worth a look. A friend of mine also ordered oe from ebay under the brand fuel, it was grey and yellow and amazing quality she paid about £15 its a stunning rug.
 
I loved the first one so much I bought another, and another, and another.

Never move, wear well, wash well, brilliant.
 
A friend had one and I loved it - toddled off to tack shop to get one for my lad - wouldn't fit rund his chest although fitted everywhere else - he's only a MW but does have a wide shoulder

Incidentally - did exactly the same thing with an Amigo summer turnout - plenty long enough but wouldn't do up round the chest - had to swap to for (dearer) trusty Masta
