I’m looking for a forever horse that I can have fun on and take to local comps and clinics. I’m based in Moray but happy to travel anywhere in Scotland to view.

16hh upwards
Looking to do a bit of everything (my comfortable jumping height is up to 1m)
Forward is fine but needs breaks
Happy with full TB’s and ex racers if they have been retained.
No known rearing or bucking
Must hack alone and in company
Mare or gelding
Age 6-13

Budget mid to high ???

Experienced happy home waiting on quiet private yard.

Please do let me know if you have anything. I’ve been searching Facebook and sales sites for months.

TIA

It's a pity your are so far away, I have just advertised exactly what you are looking for, all bit it at the top of your budget.

Try Avonmill Equestrian. I'm pretty sure that they don't have any sales liveries or horses to sell at the moment but they are helping people find horses

Also @MagicMelon on here has just posted about selling a horse. She is the North of Scotland. No idea what her horse is but it might be a match for you

Someone at my yard in Glasgow is selling a 16.1hh mare. 15 years old, so slightly out of your age range but not sure how flexible you are. Apparently she hacks alone and in company. She's advertised as 'not a novice ride' because she can be strong in the school. I've seen her schooling and she looks alright. Not totally bonkers. They've posted the ad on 'cobs, plods, and schoolmasters.' I can get more details if you're interested.

Thank you looking for something a bit younger ideally.
