I live in East London and come from south of edinburgh where my parents had a small private yard - I got my first pony when I was 5 - went right through the pony club - hunted with the Berwickshire and Lauderdale hunt - and latterly broke and brought on my own youngster. I haven't competed to a high level, other than local shows, but I would say I am at stage 3 standard - although not riding fit at the moment. I'm looking for a horse share ideally in the Chingford area for hacking, schooling, lessons. Would like to hunt a bit too but appreciate that you would want to spend a lot of time sussing me out before letting me out with your horse on the hunting field.
I'm finding that i can't live without being around horses - its not just the riding I miss but all aspects of looking after a horse.
Size of horse not so important but I am 5ft 4inch with short legs so a medium or lightweight horse better than heavier one (so i can get my legs round
) ).
