I don't think my requirements are OTT?! 16.1+ (I'm tall) nothing to fine. Aged 6-10. To do some low level SJ, XC and to hunt with.

Can I find anything local to me in Southampton...No!!!

I have major brain melt from looking at so many ads and talking to so many people.

I didn't think it would be this hard. People over estimating their horse height is really starting to pee me off! When I sold my girlie I gave a truthful warts and all account because I wanted her to go to the right home. Why I cant I find someone who will do this with me?!

have you searched h & h ads? what is your budget? also emerald equine are in wareham and seem to have a selection of irish horses. don't know if they are ok dealers but may be worth checking them out as they don't seem to be that far from you according to the map (don't know your area so maybe completely wrong!!)there were a couple on horsemart who were a bit older than your ideal but may suit...I love window shopping for horses but would prob not love it if I was seriously looking to buy,,

You sound like you're looking for a very popular type, the riding club type of horses seem to require a decent budget.

Have you looked further afield than southampton? Id expect to travel a little if it were me.

A couple that seem to fit what you want and not far from Southampton. If you've got a bigger budget there are some that fit that bill too.
