Having seen a few posts in the past where you guys have been good at finding horses for people, I am hoping you might be able to help me
I am wanting to become a member of the "adults who ride ponies" clique
but would realistically like a mare or gelding 14-15.2hh (or just under 14hh if it is a very chunky weight carrying type...I shall be unladylike and admit to my 9st weight-maybe 9.25stone post Christmas!!!). I want something that I can hack out on to keep my (novice) OH company, so it must be very good in traffic and safe so I can focus on keeping an eye on him. I will also be looking to increase my confidence in jumping and cross country and fun rides etc, maybe with a few local shows depending on the pony. So whilst it doesn't need to light up the competitive world as such, the main criteria is being safe and honest.
I am based in Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire border but am willing to travel. They would have a very caring and loving home in a lovely stable yard and could live in or out to suit them.
