Looking for a pony

I'm looking for a pony for my lad smallest 12.2 - 13.1 max he is only nine. I'm looking for a first pony, he can walk trot and canter and also jump a small fences but he still needs the horse to almost do it for him (still leaning) hence why i say maybe first horse. Ideally i would be looking to loan but could but up to £1000.

I know a lot of these type of ponies are found from word of mouth which is why I'm asking if anybody on here knows of such a pony or one which might be coming up.

Forgot to say I'm in Ely Cambs. I don't mind traveling up to 3hrs away to see one if it was super special.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I'm finding it very hard to find one and when i do I'm too slow to the phone.
