Is there such a thing?

I need someone who can help me with what classes I can do on my Sec D. I bought her last October and she has qualified for HOYS juniors twice in her previous life. I have previously spent my life showjumping and dressaging, the latter she has taken too with great success (4 wins, a 2nd and a 4th BD out of 6 starts) but it seems a shame not to show when she has done so well in it. I do however have to say I am scared that if she now doesn't so as well, it will be down to me, so I am determined to do her justice

How would I find one? This is completely new to me, I'm East Mids. Notts/Leics border

Hmm, I'm not familiar with that area. As a starting point I would take a look at your local BSPS Area website and see if they have any clinics running.
Our local area always has clinics and lessons available. We're off to one with Adam Forster on Wednesday and we regularly have Anthony Perkins available for lessons too.
Our area is very friendly and welcoming and always has events running, not just showing based. We were meant to be arena eventing with them yesterday but it was sadly cancelled due to weather. So that would be my starting point.

Fiona Cork is in Shropshire, she has M&Ms both flat and worker. Sarah Challinor (now Parker) is also in Shropshire slightly closer to your area. She also specialises in M&Ms
Have a look at the BSPS /Heritage judges list, many producers are also judges.
Or the winners at HOYS!

National Pony society or the Welsh Cob Society should be able to make suggestions of local people.

I'd ask BSPS and the welsh pony and cob society. Or Facebook pages for welsh cobs and breeders.
If you can befriend a breeder that shows this would help greatly they will know the tricks fornthe breed and the whos who etc.
Will her breeder not give you some help?

Don't get disheartened if you don't do as well as before there is lots of politics involved showing any animal and with her excelling in dressage her movement and self carriage might become different from that required in the show ring. The main thing is you have fun and learn a new skill.

Congratulations on your dressage success so far she sounds like a very promising pony xx
