Looking for DIY livery: Lilley, Shillington, Barton Le Clay, Beds/Herts border

I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm looking for DIY livery for two horses near the Bedfordshire/ Hertfordshire border.
My ideal wish list includes a school, off road hacking and 24hr turnout in summer.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Slightly out of my area and no personal experience but here are a couple I can think of:

http://www.gravenhurstsaddlery.co.uk - there is a livery yard here but not sure if it's owned by the same people. I seem to remember I went to try a horse there a few years ago.

Not sure if these offer 24 hr grazing etc.
