I am just about to buy myself a lovely little Shetland called Betsy. Everything is going fine, all that needs to be done now is somewhere for her to be kept. I have contacted all the places where my friends keep their horses/ponies and there isn't any room :( does anyone know/have any grazing/livery in the Exeter area?

I hope to hear from someone soon,
Chloe

It all depends really as I can't drive so it will need to be somewhere that either has a bus route near(ish) so I can bus part of the way and walk the rest or if I could ride a push bike to you. Where abouts are you? I am also looking for DIY.
Thanks

I keep mine at Upton Pyne. DIY is £35 per week and your horse comes in at night - not sure they would do grass livery. Its a little way out but they have great facilities.

Oaklands only does working or full livery at the moment.

Hmm... I don't know any people in Exeter who own fields on the outskirts I'm afraid. There was one field I saw for rent near Oaklands but that was a while ago.

Not sure my post is very helpful!

£35? I wasn't expecting it to be that much for DIY. Is that average price or are there any cheaper options? I won't be able to afford that much :(
I have had someone message me about a field on the way to Ide, I wonder if thats the one you've seen as that is near Oaklands? Hmmmm...
Thanks

Ide is ok the 360 bus goes theres, or you can catch a p to the top of dunsford hill and walk down little johns cross hill.
