Looking for grazing/ livery

Im tentatively looking to move my horses. I'd ideally like a small sole use place or possibly a farm or something. Really don't want to go to a livery yard.
Need 2 stables about 3 or 4 acres. Safe hacking is a priority . Any idea about how to go about finding something?

Thank you. I'm in West midlands. Leamington spa area but I mean in general what have you found the best way to find something? Wanted ads etc?

Putting cards up in local feed merchants and tack shops and/or scanning their notice boards can be useful.

Facebook and word of mouth. I've even found razing by knocking on a few farmers doors before now.

Put a wanted note up in your local tack shop/agricultural supply shop?

Ask around at your vets/farriers/hay suppliers?

Do you have a local riding club or pony club? If so, ask the branch secretary/DC.

Facebook farming and horsey groups.
