I am looking for info on a horse i sold on in Feb 2010,
He is a pre Andalusian 15hh Iron Grey in colour.
He will be rising 8 years old now and went by the name of RIO when i sold him.
I bought him over from the Algarve as a young stallion and had him gelded on arrival in the uk, but as his condition improved it was clear i had bitten off more than i could chew, so i sold him on to a lady and daughter from west sussex.
Shortly after this he suffered a bad ligament injury and was on long term box rest, i tried to keep in touch but the lady i sold him to told me she had sent him to another yard to recuperate as he was proving to be too much of a handful for them.
From this yard he was (apparently without their knowledge or permission) sold on to a dealer and then on again.
I did question the lady i had sold him to, but she seemed to have given up on tracking his whereabouts, strangely enough.
I would love to hear any news on him, just to know he has a good and happy home as i bought him over here it would be nice to know he is ok.
