Looking for Livery! Hastings area?

I feel like hitting my head against a wall. There seems to be nothing out there. Whenever I do find something, I can never find contact details.

Putting the feelers out for DIY livery within a 20-mile radius of Hastings. I'm on the Ore/Fairlight side.
Must have an arena, good hacking would be nice but not essential.

Pebsham Equestrian Centre - well run, good facilities, good reputation, regular events. Not too far away in miles from where you are, but due to traffic you'll have to decide if you're able to get there twice a day... But they do offer assisted (and full) services for those days that you can't get there.

Have you tried Rother Valley Riding Club to see if they can help? Sarah Baldwin Equestrian, on FB, is a bit further north, don't think she has space (very small yard) but may know of someone.

I went to have a look at a place in Hailsham which, no surprise, was much too far for me to drive every day. But was a lovely place nonetheless!

I also went to see Pebsham and struck gold! Though they have no spaces available at the moment, I'm on the waiting list.
Absolutely beautiful yard with stunning views, having the ocean in view of the school is nothing short of magical on sunny days.
The owner was hands down the nicest person I've met in the area. Really welcoming and down to earth. She didn't make me feel like an idiot as I've been made to feel in the past
