Looking for livery in Ashtead/Leatherhead/Stoke D'Abernon

Hi All,

So after yet another day stuck in traffic trying to get to my normal livery yard, I am thinking of moving my boy.

Does anyone know of a part livery yard around Leatherhead/Ashtead/Stoke D'Abernon? I am on a tight budget and my current livery is very cheap so I think I am looking for the impossible so we will see!

Main requirements:
Good turnout
Min 20x40 school with floodlit and ideally something that doesn't flood too often
Space to park my trailer (and ideally that doesnt cost me to park it there!)
Not too fussed about hacking but would be a plus.

Ideal location would be surrounding Ashtead Commons or towards Pachesham (leatherhead)/Oxshott.

There's Woodlands Farm just past Pachesham - nice yard, decent turnout (though not 24/7), small indoor school, and a floodlit outdoor. Don't know if they have any current vacancies but it's a nice set up. Trailer parking, but may be extra. Small amount of roadwork to Oxshott Heath then miles of off-road

Great Bookham Equestrian Centre do part livery - a couple of outdoor school, indoor, lots of competitions, brilliant hacking direct onto miles of bridlepaths. Don't know about trailer parking.

There's Heronsmere by Ashtead Common, think they do a few liveries too.
