Looking for Livery in South Notts

As title says, I'm looking for livery in the South Notts area....can anyone recommend anywhere?

Is Southwell classed as South Notts? I used to hunt with the South Notts, my horse was liveried at Trent Valley Riding Centre in Fiskerton, near Southwell. My neice now has her pony there and likes it.

Unfortunately, Southwell is near Newark which is about 30 miles from me....but thanks anyway!

Need somewhere around JN 24/25 of M1 if that helps anyone!

Barton equestrian centre, near Ratcliffe-On-Soar, there are a few yards near Sutton Bonington/Gotham area? Not that familiar with that side personally...but know of Stonepit farm in Gotham, And as said, Barton Equestrian centre.

Yes, might try Barton only thing that puts me off is the A453 is a nightmare road!....Gotham/sutton Bonington would be great as its nice hacking round there and has a local show! Whats Stonepit like? Do you know of any others in that area that I could contact?

I'm basically looking for something with a floodlit menage and year round turnout...with nice people and no daft rules!!!!
DIY with optional services would be brill.... or part livery...

Drat - I think we are too far, space in Woodborough, but not 24 hour turnout

Lots of fab bridlepaths straight off Barton. No need to go on A453. Plus plans for a new road in that area. There is a bridge in Thrumpton you can go over if you need to cross 453. Bridlepath to Thrumpton from Barton. Can go miles and miles with barely a road. If you pm me with your email addy I will send you a map with the bridlepaths marked on.
There are other yards in that area...
Manor Farm in Gotham £34.50 diy
Gunns in Gotham/East Leake £15.50 diy
Stonepit (I think) Farm just outside of Gotham
Marshals outskirts of Clifton....very basic
Codds in Clifton Village
Welbeck (I think it's called) Between Gotham and Bunny Full livery only I think.

My Aunt's looking for liveries. She's off Junction 27 of the M1. There's a cross country course and loads of woodlands to hack around.

I don't know if that's too far away for you???

The people at Stonepit are lovely. Nice facilities and do assisted DIY very reasonably.

Look up Stonepit horseboxes and you will find a contact no.

Gotham/East Leake has alot of yards, theres Weldale between Gotham and Bunny, Gunns at Gotham, then once you get into East Leake theres Riseholm, Caspian on the ridge when you leave East Leake towards West Leake. Also theres a part livery yard on the East Leake/Costock Road.

If you are after good hacking I would go for East Leake/West Leake/Gotham. Costock is only a mile away but you end up hacking a mile into East Leake for the bridlepaths, and its a trek coming home. I used to livery in Costock, now in Stanford but we are full.

Oh last thought, theres a new-ish yard, no school, but horses always seem to be out, just next to Caspian but at the bottom of the ridge not up on the top.
