Looking for livery near Carsington Water Matlock

I am shortly moving to the Carsington Water area of Derbyshire. Does anyone know of any small friendly livery yards in the area with all year turn out. I don't want to travel more than half an hour away. Any info greatly appreciated.

lists some yards in that area - look through all list as some are a diff area but a few for where you are looking. Eland Lodge is lovely but I think will be full livery & isnt small but there xc course is amazing!!

Where near carsington are you? Brassington?

I don't know any yards up there, I'm looking closer to derby, but a work colleague keeps his horses at a yard in Elton which isn't too far. There are lots of horses up near alderwasley, but I don't know the name of the yard.

Have you looked around Matlock? will take around 20-25mins from carsington max provided you dont get stuck behind a slow moving vehicle!

I keep my 2 geldings at a small livery yard near Matlock Golf course (max 10 liverys and rest are yard owners), I dont think there are any spaces at the moment unless they can do some juggling which may be a possibility, how many spaces are you looking for and mare/gelding? Turnout is all year unless we physically cannot get to the field because of the darn snow and we have a floodlit menage, off road hacking and indoor stables.

There's a livery just near Carsington Water, i've been on a clinic it's called netherton hall it looks really good but don't know about all year turn out. They've got a website tho.

Can't think of any others in this part of Derbyshire at the mo.
