Looking for my old horse

dont know if anyone on here can help as i have tried sharing my old horses info on facebook and have come up with nothing,
so basically i sold my last mare to my friend and we had a verbal agreement that i would have first refusal on her if he ever decided to sell her and when i was out of my mess i could buy her back anyways.
But anyways he sold her to a dealer and i found out but didnt have enough time to get her back as he sent her to yorkshire sales.
so if anyone can help me or as seen this horse can they let me know, i just want to know shes ok!!! :(

Shes a 7year old thoroughbred mare bay with a heart shaped star, she has a lump on her head from when she was kicked as a youngster. Some scar tissue on back fetlock from surgery.
Dam is Dayamen and sire is Beat all

Gets a bit more difficult she wasnt registered as she never raced or trained, she has a racing weatherbys passport but with no name on it as she came from a racing stud and didnt sell at tattersals so was sold as a companion as a youngster, broken in and then i bought her.
hes not a friend wont speak to me now he knows he done wrong and i cant be bothered with someone like that, as long as i can find my horse and to know shes ok just gives me peace of mind.
 
Do you know which dealer she was sold to - can you get in touch with them and find out the info? Shame there was no name on the passport or you could find out from Weatherbys if someone has changed her details in to their ownership.

Do you know why she was sold to the dealer in the first place - was it just for some quick cash? I woukd also be concerned as to why the dealer sent her to the sales, although which sales do you mean, the one in Rufforth or the York livestock market?
 
If she is a youngish tb she will be microchipped. You need to add more details to help your search: year of birth, when left you, when she went through which sales, height anything else distinctive about her. Hope you find her she looks sweet.
 
she is 7 will be 8 in may, i know someone who works for the dealer and she just said that lady went to sales in yorkshire, my "friend" swapped her for another horse off of the dealer. i am subbed to york sales and nothing comes up on the sales pages with the dealers name i think she must have gone to the other sales. shes quite distictive as she has a lump on her face a heart shape star, and scarring tissue on her fetlock, no other leg markings as shes plain dark bay.
 
still looking for thius mare, i have rang weatherbys and shes not been registered to a new owner yet :( but they have got my details on file for if someone does.
 
Keep up with the Facebook thing. I'm in Sussex but the 'Sussex Horse Community' page tracks down horses really well - minutes in some cases!

Could you track down the Facebook pages for Yorkshire and Lancashire riding clubs, livery yards etc? Remember to search in surrounding counties too. Wishing you lots od luck. What a horrible thing to happen to you :-(
