Recently had the misfortune to have to return horse to dealer and now very cautiously looking for replacement so something recommended or where history known would be great. Situated Hants/Surrey border looking for something 16 hands to 16.2 - 7 to 10 years pref, ISH or TB x, responsive but with brakes and good to hack alone and company, no vices or lumps/bumps. Experienced home for life, God willing, all rounder who can jump, but mainly for hacking, fun/unaffiliated riding club level - budget 3 - 4k. Any help much appreciated as returning my last horse very traumatic and don't ever want to go there again. Thank you x

Thank you all - i will def investigate those sites - Martlen my best friend comes from Lincoln and although based down here would be happy to take a look on my behalf first - could u pm me some details please? x

Have heard good things about Prestwood too - will take a look and let you know. Also going to phone Kelmscott - thank you all - exciting!!! Will post any updates :-)

Wish you wanted a 4 year old :) bosses horse is a gem good as gold too. Up for 3.5k 2nd pic is the first time he has jumped a thing. Even though its a tiny bush wanted to see what he thought and he loved it.

I have a mare for sale, she might be what you are looking for. She is on horsemart (I don't think I'm allowed to link directly) but its Advert Reference HM014D761. The big coloured irish sports horse.

If you'd consider something a bit smaller I have a nice little irish horse to sell, he is around the 15.1hh/15.2hh mark but is wide so takes up the leg well. Nice RC allrounder type. I'm on the Berks/Oxon boarder so not far from you.

She looks a nice genuine sort with huge pop! Is price negotiable?

Yes would consider as I am only 5'6" but don't want anything with too much feather? Fussy mare that I am!! Any pics please and what age? Thanx

It is if she is going to a home for life :)
She does already have two viewings lined up for this week though, but for all I know they could be time wasters, so will wait and see!

Ok thanks Green Livery, will pm during week - can only get down next weekend

I do hope you find a horse soon... there are far too longer gaps between giggles! Thought Id bump you up to see if anyone has any more neddies we can go an see this weekend xx

And if any of these are in the Midlands drop me a PM, I'm looking for something 16-17hh under 12, preferably a mare, middle weight type, to be a good all rounder for RC competitions and maybe a bit more.

Ditto this, would also recommend, but your more likely to get a 4 yr old that hasn't done anything for your budget

I know if you go through a dealer ,but seem quite a few about in my range privately - unfortunately lost a lot through last sad episode. Prestwood does come well recommended with some lovely horses, thank you
